Limestone Athletics Barbell Club Limestone Athletics Barbell Club Power + Speed + Technique CrossFit Limestone is proud to announce the creation of the Limestone Athletics Barbell Club – Focus is for athletes to get stronger by concentrating on power, speed and technique.
Our Barbell Club Training
The barbell club will run three goal oriented sessions per week. The primary focus is an increase in absolute strength that will directly increase WOD performance or help you prepare for your first weightlifting competition. This program is geared towards intermediate lifters to take their game to the next level.
Program FOCUS
Basic: Foundation Strength – Back Squat, Presses, Power Cleans
Power: Power Cleans and Snatches, Lunges and and Back Squats with heavier 5RM
Weightlifting: Focus on Snatch, Clean and Jerk
